BEDMAS

Today in maths we had to learn how to do Bedmas. Bedmas means you have to do these in this order brackets,exponents,multiplication and division from left to right then you have to addition and subtraction from left to right just like the last step

Task Description: So what we did is that we         watched a video of a lady drawing the center of the onion cell by looking at the microscope and then drawing it.
So we did the same, we had to draw 5 or 4 parts of the onion cell. first we used a Popsicle stick to use it for our cheek inside. after that we had a little drop of saline on the mark we tapped the Popsicle with.
After that, we let the cell dry up so we could dye it...

How to break a record(did not break any)

On Thursday 25 at Point England school in Room 2 literacy had to try and break an record.Most people tried breaking the most eaten M&M in one minute.We all got into 3 or 4 groups.In my groups it was 3 people,Hopa,Filipe and Me.We all had a turn to try and beat the world record. Hopa went first and got 0 M&M in One minute,I got 3 M&M in one minute and Filipe got  11 M&M in one Minute.

I have chosen to make box for myself  I think this is the best choice and it will be used because I can hide stuff from my brother I will put stuff in it i will put it in my room it will be hard to make but will pay off after I am finished I have to consider to make it look nice and for it to be stable

my inquiry task

this week we had a task we had to pick a country and a animal I pick Nigeria and a leopard I liked this task because it was challenging for me I hope you enjoy my work guy.

on friday I saw my dad(my parents live in tonga)

on Friday after school  I went to my aunty's house to see my dad and cousins but mostly my dad on Saturday we had a little family reunion and we had a lot of tongan food and a lot of my tongan family came to see my dad my dad is oldest child and my anuty is the youngest. on sunday my dad and I went to my granpas house for lunch where we saw my sister and my brother and then I went home with my brother.

my create task

This my create task I did about basket boats I had to think of a traditional boat but I could not think of a boat so I searched up traditional Samoan boat and it came up with this boat because it look like a cool boat and because it was the only one that came up. This was a very cool task to do I like doing task like this. 

Hopa and me picked the avocado from the tree(hard work man)

 today Me and Hopa saw a avocado tree. And there were some avocados on the tree Hopa told me to climb the tree "I was like I can't climb this tree ".Then I saw a stick so I picked up the stick and through the stick and got three I was surprised to get three avocados. With one little stick and then Hopa(coconut head) climb the tree and I said " man you should have climb the tree before " so he climb the tree and got most of the avocados down he got eight of them down and on his way down he had one job and he fell of the tree but lucky he fell on his bag. I laughed at Hopa and he through the avocado at me.

Avenges End Game !!!(Alert no spoilers)

On Sunday I went to the movies at Howic movie cinema. To be honest with you I rate it a 6 out of ten because... just joking I'm not going to spoil it for you's. I was amazed that a lot of people where there to watch this movie. It was a little bit sad but there was a kid in front of me that started to cry. And then a lady started to cry all the way in the front of the screen. I felt a bit sad for the kid because he was crying but it was a movie. So if you have the chance to see the movie go and see its.

Basket Boats Term 1 work

 this was a task we had to do I really liked doing this task because we learned that basket boats are made out of bamboo and also because at the end we got to do a create task I liked the create task because I got to make a poster about traditional boats

my poem

 This week we had to write a poem.The poem is called cinquian. this is like a haiku but a haiku has three lines 5,7 syllables and it also does not have to rhyme. And a cinquian has 5 lines 2,4,6,8,2 syllables  we had to write a cinquian about our self 

Attitude Talk

Today we had a visitor come in her name was Jannah. She came to talk to about friendships she also told us some jokes. And some stuff about her self and her family and friend she said stuff not to do when you are in a friendship.(mean humour,back stabbing,smothering,showing off and bullying ) and Jannah name means gracious gift.

polyfest(day 1)

have you ever been to polyfest? well on Wednesday we went to polyfest they have a lot of stuff  to do my favorite part was the (here is a link to the there site) G Mana tent because they gave us treats I also liked the smoothes we went all around the places  if you have the chance to go to poly fest you should go there next year .

the night I slept in a tent(24 hour )

Tonight I will be sleeping in a tent on my deck it is a big green and tall I first I ask my brother/ caregiver if I could sleep in our family tent he said yes so then him and I built it was a long time for us to figure it out but at the end it came out pretty nice so now and my cousin are going to sleep in the tent to night and hopefully don't get bitten by the blood thirst mosquito big thanks to my big bro for helping me make the tent.( thank you bloggers for reading my 24 hour tent adventure)
